The Statewide Reporting and Information Management system maintains and presents a single view and definition of information to assure all users have access (within security limitations) to a common data repository. The SRIM model identifies and organizes fundamental data relationships and business functions required for KDE and related agencies to administer, assess, and evaluate the Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA) initiatives.
Who uses the system?
School districts and the Kentucky Department of Education are authorized users of this system.
What data are collected?
Organization details such as names, grade configurations, address details and other parameters
(title 1, magnet et.,) and Person demographics and their roles associated to organizations.
